Dream Legacy BBQ is a family-inspired barbecue business serving Texas-style barbecue with Carolina roots. Our focus is on quality, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Where are you located?
We’re located at 112 County Road 214, Liberty Hill, Texas 78642, at the Liberty Hill Food Truck Court off Highway 29, across from the QuikTrip gas station or directly behind Pizza Hit.
Is this a restaurant or food truck?
Dream Legacy BBQ operates from a large, custom-designed barbecue trailer at a food trailer court.
Hours & Service
What days are you open?
We’re currently open Saturdays only. However, we are planning to extend our hours and days of operation in the near future.
What time do you open?
We open at 12:00 P.M.
What time do you close?
We serve until sold out. Popular items may sell out earlier in the day, so arriving earlier is recommended.
First-Time Visitors
What should I expect on my first visit?
You’ll arrive at a food trailer court and order directly at our trailer. Our large, custom-designed barbecue trailer is part of the experience, and all barbecue is prepared on-site.
Is the trailer easy to find?
Yes. The Dream Legacy BBQ trailer is clearly marked and easy to spot within the trailer court.
Is there seating available?
Yes. We have outdoor seating available in front of the trailer.
Is Dream Legacy BBQ family-friendly?
Yes, we’re a family-friendly experience with kid's meals and activities.
Menu & Ordering
What kind of food do you serve?
Texas-style barbecue with Carolina roots, including brisket, turkey breast, pulled pork, pork spareribs, beef/pork sausage, jalapeno cheese sausage, chicken, and house-made sides. Menu items may vary.
Does the menu change?
Yes. Our menu can rotate slightly and/or include weekly specials, and all items are available while supplies last.
Can I place an order over the phone or ahead of time?
We currently do not accept orders via phone. Regular Saturday service is primarily walk-up only, and orders are placed in person at the trailer. However, we do allow for limited pre-orders on occasion via our website.

Catering & Social Events
Do you offer catering?
Yes, we offer catering for your next social event, corporate gathering, celebration, conference, etc.
Do you cater outside of Liberty Hill?
Yes. We serve the surrounding Austin metropolitan area, including areas such as Round Rock.
How do I inquire about catering?

Holiday Pre-Order Pickup
Do you offer holiday pre-orders?
Yes. Holiday pre-orders are offered during select holidays and special occasions. Availability, menus, and deadlines are announced in advance on our website and social media.
How do holiday pre-orders work?
Holiday pre-orders are placed online only through our website during the announced preorder window. Once orders close, we prepare all items specifically for scheduled pickup dates and times.
Can I place a holiday order by phone or in person?
No. All holiday pre-orders must be placed online during the preorder window.
Where do I pick up my holiday order?
Holiday pre-orders are picked up at our trailer location in Liberty Hill:
112 County Road 214, Liberty Hill, TX 78642
(at the food trailer court off Highway 29, across from QuikTrip or behind Pizza Hut)
How does pickup work on pickup day?
On pickup day:
- Arrive during your scheduled pickup window
- Let our team know you are there for a holiday pre-order
- Orders are packaged and ready for a smooth, efficient pickup

How is the food packaged?
Holiday pre-order meats are professionally vacuum sealed to preserve freshness, moisture, and quality.
Is the food hot or cold at pickup?
Holiday pre-order items are fully cooked, then chilled after cooking and vacuum sealed. This ensures food safety and allows you to reheat at home on your schedule.
Why is the food chilled instead of hot?
Chilling after cooking:
- Preserves quality and texture
- Improves food safety
- Allows for consistent reheating at home
- Prevents overcooking before your event or holiday meal
How long will the food last after pickup?
Vacuum-sealed, chilled barbecue can be safely stored:
- In the refrigerator for several days
- In the freezer for longer storage if needed

How do I reheat my holiday barbecue?
Each holiday order includes clear reheating instructions, and full instructions are also available on our website here...

- Reheat gently using oven or hot-water bath methods
- Avoid overheating to preserve moisture and texture

Will reheating dry out the meat?
No. Vacuum sealing helps lock in moisture, allowing the barbecue to reheat beautifully when instructions are followed.
Will it taste the same as fresh?
Yes. Our holiday process is designed so your barbecue tastes just as intended when reheated — tender, flavorful, and true to Dream Legacy BBQ standards.
