Our desire is to share our Carolina-inspired Texas barbecue and passion for grilling with fans around the world. 

Our Mission

Our hope is that as we communicate our knowledge, experiences, and unique Southern-style flavor profile, that people from everyday BBQ enthusiasts, to backyard "pitmasters", to seasoned pros would find something valuable they could apply or enjoy on their next cook or meal.

We accomplish our goal mainly online through various media channels such as social media, online videos, how-to-guides, cookbooks, podcasts, blogs, courses, merchandise, and products.

We do not claim to be the best. We simply honor the memory and "legends" of our forefathers who taught us how to grill and gave us our passion for smoking, grilling, & enjoying BBQ.

Barbecue is not just about the taste and quality of the end product, but it is also about the experience. It's about the stories told and the special moments shared with friends and family.

It is oftentimes used to compliment or commemorate a special occasion. To others, it is an opportunity for peace and relaxation. But most importantly, it's also a reason to remember.

It's where some of the best memories of our lives are made with those who are still yet here and with those who have gone before us.

Every time we fire up the grill we enjoy the laughs, we cherish the conversations, we pass on the lessons, we see the smiles, we hear the voices, we smell the aroma, we remember the GOOD TIMES. Once again, we are home.
